Dolan is our longest-serving director, joining Ear to the Ground after a stellar career in the music industry. His production and operational nous were honed by years of running successful global activations including entire music festivals and the Commonwealth Games.

In his dual role as COO and Operations Director, Dolan is the agency’s calm head. He liaises with all departments, dealing with the detail and ensuring we stay efficient and effective. From recruitment to resourcing, costs to creative, Dolan is across it all.
