PERKS & BENEFITS
OUR PERKS & BENEFITS
We've worked hard to create a great set of staff benefits and perks to make Ear to the Ground an exciting, dynamic and enjoyable place to work. We have a fast-paced, high-energy and busy agency and within that we want everyone in the team to reach a healthy work life balance.
We have invested to make where we work a place where people can flourish, achieve and develop to be the best that they can be.
WHAT WE OFFER...
-
Opt into our Private Medical Insurance (PMI) plan with Aviva. This means that if you get sick you can be treated privately, skipping NHS waiting lists, so that you can get better as quickly as possible. If this doesn't suit you, you can choose a gym membership or life insurance plan instead.
-
If you have children in nursery up to the age of 5, you can pay for nursery fees through our nursery vouchers scheme with Enjoy Benefits and save money on your tax and NI.
You will pay your nursery fees directly from your salary, as a pre-salary benefit, and therefore you will not pay NI or tax on that proportion of your salary.
-
The plan enables you to claim money back on a range of health related expenses. You have a set cash allowance for a number of different health related costs and you can claim back up to that amount per year on the plan.
-
Packages that go above and beyond to support working parents.
-
We think everyone should have chance to celebrate their Birthday… as a Happy Birthday gift from Ear to the Ground you get an additional FREE day off! We also close the office between Christmas and New Year, and gift everyone an additional 2 days off towards this period.
-
We take a flexible approach to working arrangements at Ear to the Ground. You’ll benefit from our hybrid working policy, with an expectation that team members spend around three days per week in our Manchester office. We value in-person collaboration and encourage people to be together for key team moments.
We remain flexible and understand that everyone’s circumstances are different. We welcome applications from candidates across the UK and will work with you to find a working pattern that supports both effective collaboration and the realities of life.
-
We want to support our teams' mental health and do so though; mental health support pathway, 24/7 employee support helpline, free counselling, Mental Health Ambassadors
