Alex has over 16 years working in finance with the last 10 year in advertising. During this time he has worked for global companies (Madrid, Amsterdam, Munich & US) implementing new systems, processes and reports all to improve agency profitability / efficiencies. 

As Financial Controller at Ear to the Ground Alex has the remit to improve financial reporting, systems and processes to enable us to maximise our ability to provide world class work for world class clients.
